Ingredients
Libby Canned Pumpkin--15 oz can, 1.75 cup (remove)*Splenda Sugar Blend for Baking, .25 cup (remove)*Pumpkin Pie Spice, 4 tsp (remove)*Egg Beaters 1/4 c (1 egg), 2 serving (remove)*Carnation Evaporated Fat Free Milk, 6 oz (remove)
Directions
Makes 6 servings
Mix all ingredients and pour into a 8" pie pan. Bake at 375 for 30-35 minutes until a knife inserted in the center comes out clean.

    We also cook ours on the stove and sometimes use squash instead of pumpkin. Both are good. - 4/26/10
