3 cups cooked rice1 cup mayonnaise0.5 cup yellow mustard0.5 cup chopped dill pickle (add pickle juice as needed if receipt is to dry)0.5 cup chopped onion (may substitute onion salt)2 boiled eggssalt and pepper to taste
Directions
prepare cooked rice according to package instructions.
mix additional ingredients while rice is still warm. Serve at room temperturature or chilled. Makes 6 one cup servings
