King Ranch Chicken

Ingredients
Kirkland Perdue Chicken Breast Boneless Skinless, 16 oz onion - yellow (1 medium cooked), 1 serving Bell Pepper - Whole Green, 1 serving Cambell's Healthy Request Cream of Mushroom, 2.5 serving Cambell's- (cond. soup) Healthy Request, Cream of Chicken, 2.5 serving canned rotel tomatoes, 2.5 serving beans black, 1.75 cupCharras Corn Tostada (1 serving 3 shells), 4 servingCheese - Sargento Mexican, 4 Cheese Reduced Fat, 2 cup
Directions
Preheat oven to 300°F.
Saute green pepper and onion in nonstick skillet sprayed with cooking oil spray.
Mix sauted green pepper and onions with both soups, tomatoes with chilies and cubed chicken.
In a 13 x 9 casserole dish, layer mixture alternately with tortillas and cheese.
Bake at 300°F for 40 to 45 minutes
