Black Bean Meatloaf

Ingredients
2 lbs Ground Turkey1/2 Yellow Bell Pepper, Chopped1/2 Red Bell Pepper, chopped3 tsp Worcestershire Sauce2 tsp Italian Seasoning (Optional)2 tsp Garlic Powder2 tsp Onion Powder1 1/2 Cups Black Beans, mashed1 Can Diced Tomatoes1 Cup Rolled Oats2 Eggs, Medium
Directions
Preheat oven, 350 for ten minutes
Begin with two pounds of Ground Turkey, place in big bowl
Add Peppers, Garlic and Onion powders, Worcestershire, Tomatoes, and Black Beans.
Mix well.
Add Oats, Mix lightly
Add Eggs, one at a time, mixing between
Place in a loaf pan or a 9x13 baking dish
Cover with foil, Bake for 1 hour
Remove foil, cover with tomato sauce or ketchup, which ever one you prefer.
Cook additional 15 Minutes
Let cool, cut into 1/2 inch slices
