Souffle Stuffed Chicken

Ingredients
Stouffer's Spinach Souffle 1/2 cup (115g), 4 servingChicken Breast, no skin, 4 breast, bone and skinExtra Virgin Olive Oil, Kirkland (1 tbsp=3tsp), 6 tspGarlic, 2 cloves
Directions
Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
Cut spinach souffle into quarters.
Pound each chicken breast then top with piece of souffle.
Fold over and fasten together.
Heat oil over medium-high heat.
Add garlic and cook 3 minutes, then discard garlic.
Add chicken and cook 7 minutes per side or until browned.
Remove to oven-proof dish and bake for 30 minutes.

Serves 4.
