CP's Turkey Vegetable Soup (1 cup w/veges)

Ingredients
Turkey breast meat and skin, 11 ozBroccoli, fresh, 2 cup, choppedCauliflower, raw, 1 head, small (4" dia)Carrots, raw, .25 cup, choppedGreen Beans (snap), .25 cup*Chicken Flavored Soup Base, Orrington Farms, 1 tsp*McCormick Turkey Gravy (Mix), 1 cupWater, tap, 3 cup (8 fl oz)Kitchen Basics Chicken Cooking Stock Less Sodium, 4 cupSage, ground, 1 tspPepper, red or cayenne, .5 tspPepper, black, .5 tsp*celtic sea salt, 3 tsp*Minced Onion, .5 tsp*ground tumeric, .5 tspBay Leaf, 1 tsp, crumbled
Directions
Simmer turkey carcass for 2-3 hours in water.
Strain broth and discard bones and skin
Chop up and steam vegetables until al dente
Add 4 cups chicken stock, 1 tsp soup base, turkey gravy mix and seasonings to turkey broth and stir
Add chopped turkey and steamed vegetables.
Simmer for 30min-1 hour.
