Joni's Cheese Noodle Casserole

Ingredients
1 - entire 14oz. box of Barilla Plus Penne, 1.25 cups of Milk 2%, 1 - entire 12oz. can of Kirkland (Costco) Canned Roast Beef (drained and crushed), 2 tsp Garlic Powder, 1 - entire 10.75oz. Can Campbell's Cheddar Cheese soup (do not dilute - milk listed separately), 1 - entire 28oz. can Del Monte Fresh Cut Green Beans (drained), Seasoning to taste
Directions
1. Cook the pasta according to the box directions; strain.

2. Mix ALL ingredients together in a large bowl.

3. Put casserole in a large 4 qt. dish or two 2 qt. dishes.

4. Cook @ 350 degrees for about 25-30 minutes.

Makes EIGHT level 2-cup servings.

    adding a little fresh parmesan cheese on top (and maybe crushed red pepper) is what bumps this up from a 3.5 to a 4. There may be some benefit to using an extra can of cheddar cheese soup, of course, this will change the nutritional info. I am really glad to have this in our recipe rotation though - 1/5/11
