Sesame Chicken

12oz Chicken Breast, no skin 1/2 cup Low Sodium Soy Sauce1/2 cup water1/4 teaspoon Ginger, ground1/4 cup Honey1 teaspoon Garlic Powder2 Tablespoons Sesame Seeds1/8 cup Flour
1. cut chicken into 2 inch pieces
2. in a gallon size ziplock combine all ingredients, and mix
3. marinate the chicken for at least an hour
4. Spray a large nonstick pan with olive oil, or canola oil, removing chicken pieces from bag and setting the mixture aside for later use.
5. Cook chicken pieces flipping until both sides arent pink (about 2 minutes each side)
6. Add the mixture to the pan. Cover, reduce heat and cook, for at least 10 minutes (you want to make sure to get the chicken bacteria out of the mixture)
7. Sprinkle on some roasted sesame seeds on top of the chicken
Serves: 3
I suggest serving with brown rice or mixed vegetables. There is enough sauce with each serving to drizzle over rice or vegetables.
