Oatmeal Chocolate Chip Cookies

Ingredients
2 Sticks Butter1 c. firmly packed brown sugar1/2 c. granulated sugar2 eggs1 tsp. vanilla1 1/2 c. buckwheat flour1 tsp baking soda1/2 tsp salt3 c. old fashion oatmeal (uncooked)1 c. milk chocolate chips
Directions
Heat oven 350.
Beat butter and sugar together until creamy.
Add egg and vanilla beat well.
Combine flour, baking soda and salt in bowl.
Slowly add flour mixture to butter and sugar mixture.
Stir in oats and chocolate chips
Shape dough into quarter size balls
Bake 10-14 minutes

Makes 50 cookies.
