Lean Turkey Vegi Soup

Ingredients
1/2 lb lean ground turkey1 small zuchinin, chopped3 med mushrooms, chopped1/2 sweet red pepper, chopped1/2 green pepper, chopped1 cup celery, chopped1 sm can 6.5 oz V-8; low sodium1 can 15.5 oz Chicken broth, low sodium
Directions
Chop Vegis and saute until crisp tender. Brown ground turkey, add dried oregano, chili powder, poultry seasoning, garlic powder, onion powder to taste. Combine vegis and meat, add V-8 and chicken broth. Bring to a boil, simmer 15 minutes on low. Serve anytime. makes 8 1/2 cup servings
