Lattice Top Chicken Caserole

1 can (10 3/4 oz.) condensed cream of potato soup1 c. milk1/2 tsp. seasoned salt2 c. cooked chicken, cubed1 bag (16 oz.) carrots, broccoli and cauliflower (thawed and drained)1 c. shredded Cheddar cheese1 can fried onions1 pkg. (4 oz.) crescent rolls or buttermilk biscuitsCombine first five ingredients and 1/2 cup cheese, 1/2 can fried onions. Place in 8x12 baking dish (covered). Bake at 350 degrees for 20 to 25 minutes.Unwrap crescent rolls, separate into two rectangles. Cut each rectangle lengthwise into 3 strips. Place strips on casserole to form lattice.Bake uncovered 15 minutes longer. Top lattice with remaining cheese and onions. Bake uncovered about 5 minutes or until onions are golden brown.
