Tracey's Venison Tacos

*Venison, ground, 16 oz Onions, raw, 1 medium (2-1/2" dia) *Old El Paso Taco Seasoning Mix (40% Less Sodium), 12 tsp (1 packet)Don Marcos Healthy Style, 7 serving *Kraft Shredded 2% Mexican Four Cheese blend, .875 cup
We measured these out by doing the following:
cook the venison and onion diced, add seasoning and water. Simmer for 5 mins or until thickened. We measured 1/3 c of meat/onion mixture per soft shell, and topped each one with 1/8 c of 2% cheese. I used Old El Paso Mild Enchilada sauce (1/8 c) per taco to get the full 500 calories and 45 grams of protein per two tacos.
