Corn Cilantro Spinach Salad

2 cloves Garlic1 Jalapeno, whole with seeds1 medium Onion2 medium Tomatoes1 lg bunch of Cilantro, with stems1 lg Avocado3 med ears of fresh Sweet Corn3-10oz bags of fresh Spinach
Put garlic, jalapeno, onion, tomatoes and cilantro into a food processor (S-blade) and blend well. Add avocado and blend again. Wash and dry your spinach and place into a large bowl. Cut the corn off of each cob and sprinke on top of spinach. Take you vegetables from the food processor and place on top of the corn and spinach. ENJOY!
