Buttermilk Spice Muffin Tops

1/4 c. Soft Butter1/2 c. Splenda1/4 tsp. Cinnamon1 1/4 c. Whole Wheat Flour1/2 tsp. Nutmeg1 tsp. Baking Soda1/5 c. Lowfat ButtermilkTopping:1/4 c. Splenda1/5 c. ground walnuts1/4 tsp. cinnamon1/4 tsp. nutmeg
Preheat oven to 375 degrees.
Mix together dry ingredients and stir in wet ingredients. Combine the ingredients for the topping.
Drop spoonfuls of batter onto greased cookie sheets, and top evenly with the ground walnuts/splenda mixture.
Bake for 10-15 minutes or until golden.
