Spinach, Feta & Mushroom Pizza

Ingredients
1/3 of contents of Portland Pie Crust Co Whole Wheat Pizza Dough package.1 Tbsp of minced or chopped garlic1 tsp of rosemary1/2 tsp basil1 tsp oregano1 tsp extra virgin olive oil2 cups fresh spinach1 cup sliced mushrooms-crimini, portabella, porcini, etc...2 oz crumbled feta cheese1.5 cups shredded mild cheddar cheese1 slice turkey bacon (chopped)
Directions
Preheat oven to 475 degrees.

roll or stretch out dough as thin as you prefer in a shape of your choice and place on baking sheet or pizza stone. Rub 1 tsp olive oil all over crust, dust with spices and garlic, add salt and pepper to taste.

Next, layer spinach and mushrooms on top of crust. Sprinkle feta and cheddar cheese and then chopped turkey bacon.

Place baking sheet or pizza stone in middle of oven and bake for approximately 10 mins, until cheese is melted and spinach is wilted.
Remove from oven, cut into 6 slices.
