Ingredients
2 lbs Fingerling Potatoes Cubed 3 tsps fresh thyme2 tsps dried Dill2 tbls fresh Sage 1 tsp Kosher salt 2 tblsp Olive Oil (extra virgin) Lemon juice from 1/2 lemon and zest of 1/2 Lemon
Directions
Combine all ingredients in a large bowl, then toss single layer into a cookie sheet. Cook at 350degrees until golden brown.
