1 cup Oats2 T sunflower seeds2 T slivered almonds4 T reduced fat coconut1.5 t oil1T apple juice1T raisins1T wheat germ
Directions
Mix together well bake for 10 minutes at 350 then stir and bake for another 10 turn the oven off.
