Mini Crustless Quiche

Ingredients
6 Eggs3/4 c 2% milk1 package of frozen broccoli1/3 sliced Vidalia onion1 jalapeno pepper with seeds & ribs removed.
Directions
Mix everything together & put in 12 muffin tins (make sure you use cupcake liners). Bake for 1 hour at 350. 1 mini quiche equals 1 serving.
