2.5 pounds boneless skinless chicken1.5 cups of salsa1 can Corn4 medium red potatoes2 tbsp Olive Oil
Directions
Cut potatoes and microwave for 12 minutes or until tender.
Cubed chicken and cook in fry pay in olive oil.
Add potatoes, corn and salsa.
Heat through
