Orange Juice Chicken

4 skinless, boneless chicken breasts1 tablespoon mustard powder2 tablespoon olive oil1/4 cup packed brown sugar, divided1 cup orange juice1 tablespoons butter2 tablespoons all-purpose flour
1. Preheat oven to 375 degrees F (190 degrees C).
2. Place chicken in a 9x9 inch baking dish. Pour 1/2 cup orange juice and the olive oil over the chicken. Sprinkle with oregano and (optional) pepper.
3. Bake in preheated oven for 45 minutes or until cooked through, then remove leftover sauce from baking dish and pour into a saucepan.
4. Whisk flour into sauce in saucepan. Add butter and remaining 1/2 cup orange juice and heat on high until the sauce thickens. Remove chicken from oven and place on a serving dish; pour sauce over the chicken.
