Ingredients
Grilled Chicken BreastRoasted Red PeppersBuffalo MozzarellaPesto (pre-made or homemade, but pre-made has more calories)
Directions
Makes 1 sandwich. The only prep is making the pesto if you want to make it your self other then that it's just cooking the chicken, toasting the bread, and making the sandwich.

Cook chicken breast on stove top or on the grill until cooked through. Toast bread to taste (I like my toast warm and barely brown but others in my house like their toast burnt). Spread pesto on one slice of bread. Layer mozzarella, red peppers, and chicken onto other slice of bread. Put together and enjoy!!!
