Ingredients
Couscous, 100 grams (remove)Green Peppers (bell peppers), 37 grams (remove)Yellow Peppers (bell peppers), 49 grams (remove)Peppers, sweet, red, raw, sliced, .1 cup (remove)Onions, raw, 39 grams (remove)Red Ripe Tomatoes, 122 grams (remove)Lemon juice, 2.5 tbsp (remove)Olive Oil, 1.5 tbsp (remove)Parsley, 16 grams (remove)
Directions
chop all veg, mix lemon juice oil and 200ml of boiling water season and pour over couscous cover and leave for 10 mins then mixx all ingredients.
