Rich Delicious Lowfat Chili

Ingredients
1 tsp. olive oil1 med.onion, chopped5 tsp minced garlic8 oz. 99% fat free turkey breast, groundground black pepper1-28oz canned Italian style diced tomatoes with seasonings and low sodium1-15 oz. can no salt Del Monte diced tomatoes with seasonings1 - 19 oz. can black beans, rinsed (helps remove salt)1- 15 oz. can white kidney beans1 tsp. hot sauce1 T. cumin2 T. chili powder (more or less to your liking)2 T. cooking white wine1/2. cup low sodium chicken broth, no fat1/4 cup water
Directions
In large skillet, heat olive oil on medium heat. Add onions, turkey, minced garlic and ground pepper and saute until onions are tender and turkey is beginning to brown. Add both cans of tomatoes, black beans, white beans, hot sauce, cumin, chili powder, cooking wine, broth and water. MIx thoroughly and let simmer for 30 min. to combine flavors.

8 - 1 cup servings.

Serve with lite sour cream or low fat shredded cheese on top. Enjoy!
