1/2 c Egg Whites1 Green Onion Sliced1 clove garlic (pressed)1/4 c Green Bell Pepper Chopped1/4 c Tomato Choppedomato1/8 c Feta Cheese2-3 Fresh Mushrooms Sliced
Throw all ingredients in a microwave safe bowl and cook in microwave for 1-2 minutes. Low calorie, low fat, and high protein breakfast! Makes 1 big serving. if this is too much reduce the egg to 1/4 cup.
I have also experimented with adding black beans and other vegetables that I might have on hand. Possibilities are endless!
