Bean Caviar

Ingredients
1 can black beans, drained1 can black-eyed peas, drained1 can white corn, drained1 jalepno pepper, chopped1 green pepper, minced1 red or orange peper, minced1 C celery, chopped1 samll onion, chopped1 t sp. salt1Tbl. water1/2 t sp. black pepper3/4 C cider vinegar1/3 C honey1/3 C splenda
Directions
Mix salt, water, black pepper, vinegar, honey and spenda in non-reactive pan. Bring to boil and let cool.

Mix other ingredients. Pour cooled liquid over salad and let col in frig for 24 hours (if you can wait that long).
