Ingredients
Swad atta (whole wheat flour) 1TbsEgg White; 1Water ; 4 tbsSalt to tasteCurry pwd (garam masala ) ; 1/4 tspRed chillie powder (Cayenne Pepper pwd ) ; 1.5 tspMooli ( Daikon Radish ) ; 4 oz/130 g GRATEDCumin seed ; 1 tspSerrano Peppers ( Green Chillies ) 5 CHOPPEDGinger Root ; 4 tsp CHOPPEDOnions ; 1tbs CHOPPEDCarom seed ( ajwain ) ; 1 tspPam spray ; 1/8 th tsp totalCilantro ; 1 tbs
Directions
Whip egg white with Swad Atta, salt, cayanne p, carom seed, garam masala, onions and cilantro. Keep aside

Grate Mooli, chop ginger and gr chillies.
In a large 12' non stick pan spray 1 time with Pam. Heat.
Add Cumin Seed to pan, saute till golden .
Add Mooli, ginger and green ch, saute till dry. COOL
Combine Mooli Mixture with egg mixture, mixing this well.
12' nonstick pan , spread this mixture as thin or thick as u like.
do not be tempted to flip too soon, let it turn a lovely golden color then turn cook on other side.
Spray Pam once on one side and once on other. total 3 sprays.Enjoy.
