Ceasar dressing

Ingredients
2 cloves garlic crushed1/2 tsp hot sauce1 tsp prepared mustard1 tablespoon Parmesan cheese grated1 tsp red wine vinegar2 tablespoons mayo (no fat)
Directions
This makes 1 serving for 3-4 cups of romaine lettuce.
Mix all ingredients, then mix with lettuce.
I have grilled chicken with my salad. This will make a complete meal. The chicken is not included in the calorie count. I use Romano cheese instead of Parmesan sometimes.
