a pack of stir fried vegetables of your choice broccoli , asparagus or what ever kind you like they only cost a dollar at wal mart for a 10 oz bag add some red wine vinager to a pan and fry no oil needed add some fresh garlic or seasonings of choice i do add italian seasoning to mind and boil some brown rice you can add chicken or turkey but it beats a salad for lunch with low calories the whole meal comes up to about 250 calories and you can eat a lot of it
it makes what you want to serve your self use the whole bag it could be a dinner and use 1 or 2 cups it could be for your self but i suggest only a cup or a half a cup of the rice for only your self and very filling for vegtables
