Cheesy Spaghetti Casserole

Ingredients
1 lb. Lean Ground Beef (or turkey)1 10 oz. jar Spaghetii Sauce2 cups Whole Wheat Rotini Pasta1 cup Finely Shredded Mozzarella Cheese1 cup Finely Shredded Reduced Fat Mild Cheddar Cheese1/2 cup chopped Green Bell Pepper1/2 cup chopped Onion2 chopped Garlic Cloves1/2 cup WaterSalt and Pepper to taste
Directions
In a pot, boil rotini pasta and cook until al dente. Cook ground beef in a large skillet and drain once brown. Return ground beef to skillet or large pot. Add pasta, spaghetti sauce (I used ragu sauteed onion & garlic), veggies, and cheese. Mix all the ingredients together. Pour 1/2 cup of water into the empty spaghetti jar and shake( try to pick up the remainder of the sauce from the sides of the jar). Mix the water into the dish. This will keep the dish from drying out. Sprinkle with salt and pepper to suit your taste and stir.

Cook over stove for 30 minutes on medium heat.
