Shrimp & Asparagus Stir Fry

Ingredients
4 c. fresh asparagus20 shrimp1 medium bell pepper, thinly sliced1/2 c. red onion, thinly sliced2 tsp. garlicvegetable spray
Directions
Wash and cut fresh asparagus on the diagonal. Wash and cut bell pepper into thin strips and thinly slice 1/2 c. red onion. Spray skillet with vegetable spray and saute asparagus, pepper, onion and garlic until tender crisp. Add shrimp and your choice of seasoning (I use a salt-free vegetable seasoning). Serve in lettuce leaf or over brown rice if not on low-carb diet.
