40 oz chicken breast3.25 chicken broth.15 cup or 10tsp all purpose flour10 oz philadelphia cheese fat free8 tbsp parmesan cheese grated.75 garlic powder.75 black pepper ground
Directions
cook chicken for 5-7min medium high put aside, mix broth with flour cheeses salt and pepper cook until thinken, add to chicken , If desire add whole wheat noodles but are not calculated in recepie.
