Crock Pot Mexican Chicken

Ingredients
*chicken thigh (no skin,bone), 6 serving*Tomatoes, red, ripe, raw, year round average, 4 medium whole (2-3/5" dia)*Anaheim Pepper, 2 serving*Fresh Sweet Onion (1 Medium Raw), 4 serving*Green Onion - Raw, 4 servingBush's, Black Beans, 3.5 cup*Green Chili Peppers, canned, .5 cup*Tomatoes, red, ripe, canned, whole, no salt added, 3.5 cup Iceberg Lettuce (salad), 4 cup, shredded or chopped*Kraft 2% Shredded Cheddar Cheese, .5 cupGreat Value Low Fat Sour Cream, 4 tbsp
Directions
Place chicken in the bottom of the crock pot. Layer canned tomatoes, peppers, onions, and beans on top. Cook on low for 7-8 hours. Serve with lettuce, tomato, sour cream, and cheese on top.
