chicken and brown rice salad

Ingredients
1/2 t ground sage8 oz chicken breast, cut into bite size pieces1 medium apple, thinly sliced1/2 cup chopped onion1/6 cup chopped walnuts2 servings brown rice3 T kraft light parmesan asiago balsamic vinaigrette
Directions
cook rice according to package instructions
while rice cooks, cook chicken and onions in separate pan.
Mix all ingredients together in bowl. Cool in fridge.

2 servings.
May be eaten cold or room temperature- sounds odd, but so good! I'm sure it wouldn't be bad served warm.
