1/2 cup sliced zuchinni1/2 cup sliced celery1/2 cup fresh mushrooms1/2 cup Sliced onions2 tablespoons of Olive oil1/4 cup shreaded cheddar cheese
Directions
cut up vegetables. in a wok heat up oil oilve add veggies
cook until tender. Melt cheese on top with lid on wok
Optional top with 1 oz grated cheddar cheese extra calories
salt and pepper to taste
