Ingredients
I can artichoke hearts (drained and chopped)3/4 cup parmesan cheese (shredded)3/4 cup mayonnaise1/2 tbspn garlic salt4 chicken breasts
Directions
1. Preheat oven to 375
2. Mix together artichoke hearts, parmesan cheese, mayonnaise and garlic salt in a medium bowl.
3. Place chicken in baking dish, top with mixture and bake uncovered for 40 minutes.
4. Serve over brown rice. Yummy!
