1kg chicken thigh fillets, trimmed and halved2 carrots, peeled and roughly chopped2 stalks celery, roughly chopped1 x 40g sachet McCormick Slow Cookers Country Chicken Casserole0.25 cup water0.5 cup frozen peas, thawed3 Tbsp (60ml) cream
Brown chicken then add to slow cooker insert pot with carrots and celery.
Mix McCormick Slow Cookers recipe base with water and pour over chicken and vegetables, stir through.
Cover and cook for 4 hours on high or 8 hours on low (keep covered during cooking. Cooking times may vary between Slow Cokker models).
Stir through peas and cream 10 minutes before serving.
