1 cup frozen peaches (no sugar added).5 cup cooked sliced carrots.5 cup water (I used the water I cooked the carrots in, in order to capture some nutrients)dash of nutmegdash of cinnamon2 drops of almond extract
Put all the ingredients in the blender, blend until smooth and creamy. Enjoy!
