Ingredients
2 Lbs Chicken, sliced into strips3 cups (3 med) Green Peppers3 cups (3 med) Onions3 cups Iceberg Lettuce, chopped 1 & 1/2 cups tomatoes, chopped2 Tbsp Canola Oil, divided12 Low Carb Wheat TortillasFajita seasoningOptional Toppings may include:Sour Cream, Guacamole, Salsa, Cheese
Directions
It's always better to prep and cut up all ingredients before beginning to cook fajitas

Begin cooking the chicken in a pan with 1 Tbsp Olive or Canola oil then,
Put green peppers into a large 10"+ sized pan with 1 Tbsp Olive or Canola oil
After about 5-10 minutes, add the onions
Continually cook both until the chicken is done and the vegetables are less firm, not brown
Add the chicken to the vegetables
Put in your seasoning packet or, in my case, my homemade mix with 1-3 Tbsp water
Mix until coated and serve with Lettuce and Tomato
