Spaghetti and Meatballs

Ingredients
1 lb ground beef1/2 lb sausage1 c. oatmeal2 eggsnutmeg 1/4 tspsalt and pepperonion saltitalian seasoninggarlic powder
Directions
Mix up everything, roll into 1 inch balls and roll in flour. Place in boiling tomato juice that you have added about 2 cups of water to. Boil covered for 30 minutes. Serve with Whole Wheat Spaghetti noodles (not included in nutrition info. Nutrition info is PER Meatball! Serving size is one meatball so be sure to change servng size to the number of meatballs eaten.
