Chicken Thigh, 10 unit (yield from 1 lb ready-to-cook (remove)Tomato Paste, 2 can (6 oz) (remove)Olive Oil, 4 tbsp (remove)Onions, raw, 1 large (remove)*Del Monte Petite Cut Diced Tomatoes, 4 cup (remove)Chicken Broth, 1 cup (8 fl oz) (remove)salt & peppergarlic powderItalian seasonings
Chop onion and saute in olive oil until translucent. Add cleaned skinless thighs and brown. Add 1 tbsp Italiian seasonings (basil, oregano, thyme), 1tsp garlic powdwe, salt & pepper. Add chicken broth to deglaze, add cans of tomato paste and diced toamtoes and let simmer on low for an hour...that's it!! Can serve over whole wheat pasta or brown rice
