Ingredients
1 cup quick cooking oats (I use Bob's red mill Gluten free)1 cup sour milk1 egg1/2 cup unpacked brown sugar1/2 cup applesauce1 cup Arrowhead mills Gluten free all purpose baking mix
Directions
Makes 12 muffins,
Soak oatmeal in sour milk for 1 hr. add egg and beat well. Add sugar and mix. Add applesauce. Add flour. Bake in greased muffin pans in hot oven (400 Degrees) for 15-20 minutes.
