* 1 Flatout Light Original flat bread * 3 ounces Chicken Breast, no skin * 2 cup Lettuce Mix -iceberg, red cabbage, carrots * 3 tbsp Pace Salsa Verde Hand-picked Jalapenos and Tomatoes (or Salsa of your choice) * 2 tbsp Fat Free Sour Cream * 1/4 tsp Cumin Powder * 1/4 tsp red or cayenne pepper (or to taste) * 1/4 tsp Garlic powder * 2-3 second spray Canola Oil Non-stick Spray * Cilantro
Spray frying pan with oil and lightly spray chicken. Lightly sprinkle small amount of garlic powder, cayenne and cumin on chicken. Heat in frying pan flipping once until cooked through. In bowl mix Sour Cream, rest of Cumin Powder, cayenne pepper and Garlic powder. Add Chopped or torn up cilantro, add Lettuce mix and chop up and stir until mixed. Chop up chicken in to bite size pieces and add to mixture. Stir up and place on wrap. Wrap it all up and enjoy.
