Salmon packets with mushrooms and parmesan cheese

2 Salmon Fillet 4 oz. each, 8 oz 2 1/2 cups mushroom sliced2 garlic cloves, minced1 tsp Basil, dried1/4 tsp Salt1/4 tsp black Pepper, black 1/4 cup Parmesan Cheese, grated
Makes 2 servings
Place each fillet on a double thickness of heavy duty foil (about 12 in. square). Top with mushrooms, garlic, basil, salt and pepper. Fold foil around salmon and seal tightly. Place on a baking sheet.
Bake at 400 F for 15-20 min., or until fish flakes easily with a fork. Open foil carefully, sprinkle with cheese.
Bake, uncovered, 5 minutes longer or until cheese is melted.
