Creamy Chicken Enchaladas (low fat, low carb)

1 lb skinless, bonless chicken breast4 oz light cream cheese1 cup light sour cream1 can (7 oz) green chile enchalada sauce1 can (4 oz) green chiles4 oz 2% shredded cheddar cheese1.5 package (4 count) Joseph's lavish roll up'scookling spray
Spray skillet with cooking sprray. Cut chicken into 1/4 inch pieces and cook in skillet until no longer pink. Cube cream cheese and add to skillet, mixing well to melt. Add green chiles and sour cream and mix well.
Cut lavish roll up's in half. Put about a 1/4 cup chicken mixture in each half of lavish and roll up short sides. Place in a 13X9 inch baking dish. Top with cheddar cheese. and enchalada sauce.
Bake at 400 15-20 minutes or until cheddar cheese is melted.
