Yummy-Good for You-Banna Muffins

Ingredients
1 1/2 cup Splenda1 Egg3 Ripe Bananas1/2 cup light butter1 tsp vanilla extract1/4 Tbsp Baking Powder1/2 Tbsp Baking Soda1 cup all-purpose flour1/2 cup wheat flour2 Tbsp Flax seed2 Tbsp Wheat Germ1/4 cup milk with 1 tsp of distilled vinegar added to itBlend the first 4 ingredients until creamy. It won't blend smooth. Shift the dry ingredients together in a separate bowl then add them to the splenda mixture. While blending add the most important part - the milk with vinegar. Make sure you add the vinegar to the milk b/f you add it to the rest of the mixture!!! You can use sour milk instead, but I never keep it on hand.Bake in muffin tins @ 375* for approx 25 min. 1 hour for a loaf pan.Check on them when toothpick comes out clean they are done.My husband loves these and he hates 'health food'!
