Ingredients
1.5 cups flour3.5 teaspoons baking powder1 teaspoon salt1 tablespoon sugar1.25 cups of milk1 eggsift dry ingredients and add wet. poor onto a hot griddle, 350-400 degrees. serve with a side of fruit and enjoy.
Directions
1/4 cup or less per pancake is what I poor onto griddle.
this recipe makes roughly 12 pancakes. calculate your fruit to top separately as well as any eggs or meat served.

    Yummy! I made my own modifications to use what I had (so some people may not like a review based off that and not the actual recipe) and liked. White/whole/oat flour (equal parts), no egg but 1/4 cup applesauce, only 1/2 tsp of salt, and 1 1/2 cups of milk. It was a hit. - 7/11/10
