shrimp stir fry

16 oz. bag asparagus stir fry, frozen14 oz. bag frozen shrimp, cookedhalf onion, sliced2 jalapenos, sliced, seeded and ribs removed(they hold the hit)onion powdergarlic powdersalt and pepper to taste
Bring water to a boil for the shrimp. preheat a pan and add oil. Add the sir fry mix to the oil and cook until it is softened. Add the shrimp to the boiling water for about 2 to 3 minutes. Drain the shrimp and add to the stir fry. season with garlic powder, onion powder, salt and pepper. You may add cayenne pepper to make it spicy if you wish. I do not add stir fry sauce because of the extra calories, but you may add it if you wish. This makes a total of 4 cups, so that would be 4 servings of 1 cup each. You may add brown rice or noodles if you want, just calculate the extra calories in with this recipe... Enjoy!!!!!
