Chicken Stir Fry

Ingredients
14 oz chicken breast, cut into bite sized pieces1 bag Deluxe Stir Fry Frozen Vegetables, 16 oz2T low sodium soy sauce1T minced garlic
Directions
Makes 4 servings

-spray pan with non-stick spray
-cook chicken on med-high heat until done along with garlic
-remove chicken and set aside
-add 1T soy sauce to pan to deglaze
-add frozen veggies and 1T soy sauce
-cook veggies until done and then add the chicken to re-heat.
