Hot and Sour Noodles

Ingredients
1/2 Box of Barilla Plus Thin Spaghetti (14.5 oz box)or 7 oz of dried rice vermicelli noodles4 T Sesame Oil3 T Soy Saucejuice of 2 limes4 scallions, finely chopped1 T hot chili garlic sauce2 T chopped fresh cilantro
Directions
method

1 Prepare the noodles according to the package instructions. Drain, put in a bowl, and toss with half the oil.

2 Mix the remaining oil, soy sauce, lime juice, scallions and chili sauce together in a bowl. Stir into the noodles.

3 Stir in the cilantro and serve.
