Ingredients
1.5 c bell pepper ( red and green)1 tsp onion.5 c mushroom.5 tomato2 eggs4 egg whites2 oz gouda cheese
Directions
Cook all veggies in pan with PAM
Add egg mixture
Once eggs are almost done add the cheese
